Keeping Mercury Out Of The Environment
In All Its Forms
In addition to the mercury NLR captures when processing light bulbs, we also offer mercury device recycling. Where lamps contain mercury powder, mercury devices contain liquid mercury, and we take every precaution to limit exposures and environmental contamination. We ship and store mercury devices in sealed containers, before processing the components and are constantly evolving our best practices to make sure we capture as much mercury as possible. For example, we can now offer an additional retort step to sequester more mercury. We believe taking this extra time and every precaution helps fulfill our mission of keeping mercury out of the environment.
