If you’re a new customer, you will need to fill out both a generator profile form and business credit application to begin the approval process.Only after both forms are completed can we begin to recycle your universal waste.

Business Credit Application

NLR requires a business credit application to be filled out for the billing of services. This allows NLR to extend a line of credit and electronically process payments and quickly process requests to recycle your universal waste.

Generator Profile Form

NLR requires the generator of the universal waste to fill out a generator profile form so any paperwork and certificates accurately reflect your company’s information. Generator profile forms are also required by state and federal agencies to process universal waste.

Permit and Insurance

A preview of the permit to operate. NLR is permitted to operate our recycling facilities through Connecticut DEEP.

Permit to Operate

The permit to operate is issued by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. This permit allows NLR, Inc. to recycle universal waste.

Certificate of Insurance

NLR is fully permitted and insured to recycle universal waste. NLR has a $5 million pollution liability insurance and closure surety in place.
